Manufacturing

Our state of the art manufacturing facilty is situated in the middle of Ohio.

New Golf Ball Manufacture

We take a core and put a surlyn cover over it.

Golf Ball Refinishing

We remove the original paint and finish from the golf balls, leaving the original surface to be re-coated, printed and then re-clear coated.

Golf Ball Recycling

We take the core out of an old golf ball and put new surlyn cover on it. We have a way of taking surlyn that would normally have been thrown away afetr the manufacture of a new golf ball and recycle it to make the cover of our Ecoball.
